Alteris RIS
(Radiology Information System)
An advanced system designed to support the work of diagnostic imaging departments. It enables patient registration, the planning and carrying out of examinations, and the preparation of results in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) format, compliant with the HL7 CDA-PIK standard. The system offers the ability to generate reports and summaries, including the reporting required by the National Health Fund (NFZ). RIS is a key tool in X-ray, CT, MRI and ultrasound departments, as well as in PET scans and nuclear medicine. It can be integrated with other systems within the facility, which streamlines the flow of information and eliminates the need to work across multiple applications.
Alteris PACS
(Picture Archiving and Communication System)
A reliable and stable system for the storage and distribution of medical images.
It enables fast and secure access to image data and its archiving in accordance with applicable standards. It is compatible with most imaging devices available on the market and enables images to be shared with diagnostic workstations and non-diagnostic viewers. The system is in use at over 200 medical facilities.
Patient Portal
Online e-Registration Portal
The system enables patients to book appointments online themselves, including via mobile devices. Integrated with the RIS system, it allows patients to choose a convenient time and location for their appointment. The system enables quick booking using e-referrals, eliminating the need to enter large amounts of data.
Radiation dose module
It enables the recording and reporting of doses. The module is integrated with the RIS and the Reporting Module, thereby enabling the generation of reports required by current legislation.
Integration with the P1 Platform
Alteris systems integrate with the services available on the P1 platform, meeting the requirements placed on healthcare providers in terms of EDM and medical event management.
Integration mechanisms
Alteris systems and modules enable flexible integration with any solutions used in healthcare facilities, including hospitals and clinics. We utilise universal protocols and standards commonly used in medical systems, as well as dedicated interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
The results generated by our systems can become an integral part of the processes carried out in medical facilities.
Settlement system with the National Health Fund
We offer automated tools for generating and submitting comprehensive reports and claims to the National Health Fund (NFZ). The module integrates with the queuing system and enables:
- processing contract data,
- selecting tests for billing,
- generating billing files and invoices,
- creating statements and reports.
Queue management system
A tool for managing waiting lists in accordance with NFZ requirements. Integration with the Central Queue System (AP-KOLCE) minimises the workload for staff.
Online Results
An easy-to-use system that enables patients to access their test results securely via any device with internet access.
Reports Module
It aggregates data from all Alteris systems and enables it to be analysed in the form of reports: statistical, quality and financial.
Notification module
Automatic SMS/email notifications for patients regarding:
- upcoming studies,
- availability of results,
- other important events.
