On behalf of Alteris Management Board, we are pleased to inform that Alteris company has changed its legal status since 18th July 2011. As a result of associates decision, Alteris Sp. z  o.o. (Alteris Ltd.) has been transformed into Alteris S.A. (Alteris Inc.).

Regional Court for East Katowice, VIIIth Commercial Division of the National Court Register in Katowice  made an entry of Alteris S.A. (Alteris Inc.) into Register of Entrepreneurs under new number in the National Court Register (KRS number) 0000391749. Concurrently, the Regional Court for East Katowice had removed Alteris Sp. z o. o. (Alteris Ltd.) from the register.

From 18th July 2011 followign changes shall apply:

1. Alteris Sp. z o.o. (Alteris Ltd.)  assets has become Alteris S.A. (Alteris Inc.) assets;
2. Transformed company rights and responsibilities has been transferred to Alteris S.A. (Alteris Inc.) by means of universal succession

With regard to foregoing, the complete name and the address of the company is:
